This workshop is designed to give studetns of all styles of yoga a context to take their practice off the mat and into daily life.
We will discuss the “nuts and bolts” of yoga philosophy including the eight limbs from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
By understanding the role of asana practice in the context of yoga philosophy, we can deepen our self-understanding and encourage our spiritual evolution.
This workshop will reinforce a sense of purpose and enthusiasm in one’s practice.
No prior experience or exposure to yoga philosophy is necessary to benefit from this workshop. All levels are welcome.
