We teach pre-registered, small group classes regularly from our home studio in Toronto.
If you are looking to have greater, more personalized attention, our small classes are perfect for you. Whether you have a home ashtanga yoga practice or are practicing regularly at another studio, we can provide all the support and expertise you need. We have extensive experience helping students overcome injuries and other physical, mental and emotional barriers.
Single, drop in classes are available for students with an established Ashtanga Yoga practice if space is available. Please send an email if you’d like to attend our classes.
