New To Yoga?

Whether you are new to yoga or to Ashtanga Yoga, you need not fear. Our intimate Mysore-style classes are perfectly suitable for you.

With a maximum of 16 students practicing at one time, you'll receive all the personal attention you'll need.

Mysore is the perfect way for beginners to learn. You will be taught one-on-one and learn the Ashtanga method slowly, safely and at a pace that's appropriate for you. No previous experience is necessary.

If you've practiced Ashtanga Yoga in the past, but aren't sure if you remember the sequence, you needn't worry. A teacher will remind you of the sequence. Your first practice might be a little shorter than you are used to, but the good news is you will be developing your own practice and memorizing the correct movements and breathing technique.

You'll need breathable, lightweight, stretchy clothing and a towel. Be prepared to sweat. We have yoga mats that you can rent for $1 per class if you don't have your own. We have shower facilities, just bring your own towel. Your first few practices will last 45-60 minutes. You can arrive anytime between 6:30 and 9:30 am on weekdays and before 10 am on Sundays.
